Coastal Gujarat Power requests CDM registration.
Coastal Gujarat Power, which is setting up a 4000 MW super-critical coal fired power plant involves undertaking new grid connected fossil fuel fired power plant in Mundra using a less GHG intensive technology, which would result in reduced consumption of fossil fuel compared to conventional sub critical technology for thermal power generation.
Project Cost : Rs.170130 million

Amount of Reductions : 2,651,753 metric tonnes CO2 equivalent per annum
