Brief Description of the project The Urea reactor contained 10 sieve trays, which was replaced with 5 additional trays at bottom of the reactor. The project activity resulted in a net steam saving of around 30 Kg/MT of Urea. This net saving directly results in a reduction in fuel consumption and air emissions.
