Brief Description of the Project The project is a small scale renewable energy CDM project is hydro based run of river scheme proposed to be established with an installed capacity of 10.5 MW. The purpose of the project activity is to generate hydropower by utilizing the potential energy available in the flows of the river Bhima. The components involved in the hydro electric scheme consists of construction of diversion weir across the river , power house and the tailrace discharging water back into the river.
