Indo Asian Fusegear is planning to diversify in to power distribution. The company has floated a new outfit in the style of Indo Asian Power Distribution and Infrastructure for taking up distribution network on a franchise basis. Initially the company is planning to work on projects in north India including Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh. The Rs.250 million project is to be fully funded through internal accruals.
