NTPC has reported progress on its 4000 MW Etalin Hydel project
NTPC has reported progress on its 4000 MW Etalin Hydel project coming up in Arunachal Pradesh. The project involves setting up 16 units of 250 MW capacity on Dihang-Dibang river basin with an investment of Rs.140690 million. As of August 2007, the company is carrying out necessary survey and investigations work for the project at the site and the detailed project report is expected to be prepared in June 2009.
