Indian Oil Corp has reported progress on its 15 million tpa Paradip refinery-cum-petrochemical complex coming up in Orissa.
Current status :
* The company has identified all technologies and process licensors and are working on the front end engineering which is expected to be over in next couple of months.
* Tenders for all key packages may be open for participation in December 2007.
* Project to kick start work in March 2008.
