The project involves expanding its dye unit and setting up a captive power plant at Nahsik in Maharashtra. The project is estimated to cost Rs.916 million. In addition to this the company is also planning to modify the existing spinning plant with ring spindles. The expansion programme is expected to be completed in the financial year 2009.
