	Satish Sugars plans new distillery Satish Sugars which operates a 4,000 TCD sugar plant in Karnataka is planning to set up a new distillery with a capacity of 60 klpd of rectified spirit at Hunshyal village in Belgaum district of Karnataka. Out of 60 KLD of RS produced, the company plans to manufacture 40 KLD Ethanol 20 KLD ENA ( Extra Neutral Alcohol) The project received clearance from state pollution control authorities in March 2007.
