	Bharat Coking Coal to develop under ground mine Bharat Coking Coal is planning to develop a two million tpa underground coking coal mine in Jharkhand in joint venture with SAIL. BCCL has identified a site at Moonidih XV seam near Dhanbad in Jharkhand for the proposed project. A detailed project report for the proposed mine is being prepared and Expressions of Interest for developing the mine will be invited shortly. SAIL will invest close to 3,000 million towards the project while BCCL will invest the balance in the RS.5,000 million project.
